Cancellation Policy

To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy. ❗ Cancellation Notice • 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a loss of your deposit. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the deposit cost and may be restricted from booking future appointments. Rescheduling • You may reschedule once with at least 24-hour notice, and your deposit will be carried over. • Multiple reschedules will require a new deposit. Emergency Cancellations We understand emergencies happen. Please communicate with us as early as possible. Consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis.
