Service Description
Please read carefully before booking, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for anything that is not specified here: -We do not accept changes of the style that is in this appointment, if you want to implement or change anything book outside of this promotion to have access to your preferences. -The only additional ones we accept are: the length of the braids that we have extra fee, the hair blended that we also have extra fee but you need to let us know leaving a message or note in your appointment or in our phone number. -Hair (human hair and/or braiding hair) of a single color is included in the price and our standard length is midback. -Hair MUST be washed and completely blown out. **We can Blow dry your hair, we can do that for extra fee. -we have fee for short hair, very thick hair, or very long hair. Hair MUST be at least 4 •Remaining balance must be paid in cash
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy. ❗ Cancellation Notice • 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a loss of your deposit. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the deposit cost and may be restricted from booking future appointments. Rescheduling • You may reschedule once with at least 24-hour notice, and your deposit will be carried over. • Multiple reschedules will require a new deposit. Emergency Cancellations We understand emergencies happen. Please communicate with us as early as possible. Consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis.
